About
Healing Through Connection
I never planned to end up here. I come from the world of business and finance, trained to analyze, manage, and interpret systems. Yet the more I began noticing the deeper systems within myself that needed attention, the more I realized numbers and patterns were not the full story. Somewhere along the way, the path curved inward.
That shift led me into meditation, mindfulness, healing, and the long journey of inner alignment. I’ve completed courses with teachers such as Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and David Treleaven. I’ve sat through silent retreats in the Vipassana tradition and immersed myself in teachings from Gurdjieff’s Fourth Way—learning how to observe the many “I’s” within, to recognize their patterns, and to practice the art of self-remembering.
Through these practices, I continue to learn how to listen both to others and to myself, cultivating a way of being that is grounded, present, and responsive. This work has shown me that true connection, whether with ourselves or with one another, is the starting point of healing. It is this understanding that guides my mentoring today: creating space where presence, curiosity, and compassion can help others reconnect with their own inner systems.


Book
Healing the Economic Body is not a typical book about money. It does not hand out shortcuts to wealth or quick fix advice; it offers something more foundational: a shift in perception.
Structured as a layered journey, it explores how money operates not only in the outer world but within our inner system. Along the way, it reveals how money subtly shapes our habits, our language, our sense of time, and even the collective direction of society, often without our conscious awareness. This book invites you to see money differently, so that your relationship with it becomes not a source of stress, but a path to meaning.
MINDFULNESS MENTORING
Intentional Listening, Inner Movement
This offering is for any responsible individual committed to inner healing and personal growth. It often resonates with those navigating life transitions, experiencing emotional overwhelm, or seeking clarity and reconnection to a deeper sense of self.
What to Expect
Each session lasts about 60 minutes and begins with a brief silent meditation five minutes or so, depending on what feels right that day. The pace is unhurried, creating space for genuine exploration and for each session to close naturally when the time feels complete.
Why I Offer This
My own path has been far from linear. Coming from a background in business and finance, I spent years in analytical roles, trained to decode systems, patterns, and structures. Over time, I began to notice another set of systems within myself, ones no spreadsheet could capture, yet demanding equal care and attention. This mentoring is my way of helping others attend to those inner systems with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
